Operations Manager

Testing Equipment Specialist Team Company (TEST Co.), a company with boundless potential and prominent leaders in the industry, is currently seeking a committed, self-driven, and experienced Operations Manager to take on the following primary duties, which include but are not limited to:
  • Set operations department strategic objectives and goals, provide technical supervision of inspection services, and enforce the quality management system among operations department.
  • Act as the head of operations, providing inspirational leadership and guidance to all operations personnel.
  • Ensure all inspection personnel are performing within company policy and international standards.
  • Provide professional consultation and leadership to all operational teams and staff, providing technical support to field supervisors, inspectors, and trainee inspectors.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and handle complaints.
  • Responsible for following the quality management system and providing effective support for all requirements.
  • Ensure all working procedures, practices, and systems are followed, monitor audit reports, and take corrective actions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree Study in Engineering or Any Discipline.
  • At least 15 years of working experience related to testing, inspection, and certification.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a management role in the GCC.
